RFL 2001 DIVISIONAL PLAYOFFS

Divisional Playoffs Results:

(#1) *Just Bring It* 102,  (#8) Hot Zone 71
Just Bring It didn't need much from his team going into Monday Night, but what he got was a expulsion of offense from his star QB, Kurt Warner.  Bring it defeated Hot Zone 102-71 and now moves on to face Sandrate in the Conference Championship.

(#5) Sandrate 79, (#4) Jennet 78
Sandrate defeated Jennet for the third time this season and this time ended Jennet's quest for the RFL 2001 title.  Sandrate's wins over Jennet included a 82-73 victory in week 4 and 82-77 victory in week 13.

Team Owner and Coach Sandrate was ecstatic about this win over her once close alley.  "This team worked hard all year long and to get this win over Jennet...well, words can't express it."  The expansion team Sandrate now moves on the RFL Conference finals to face the defending champ *Just Bring It*.

(#7) Snake Plissken 99, (#2) Bobcats 65
The Bobcats season ended with a meow instead of a roar as hoped by team owner, Bob Mannino.  His opponent, Snake Plissken started Sunday night down 60-46, but the Snake's players had big games.  QB Aaron Brooks threw for two touchdowns and WR Issac Bruce caught three TD's.  The Snake now moves on to play the Orange Crush.

(#6) Orange Crush 100, (#3) Giants 63
The team that nobody wanted to face in the playoffs, will now have face themselves in the mirror and ask, "What went wrong?"

Down 79-45 the Giants needed over 35 points from Marshall Faulk to defeat the Orange Crush.  He did not get it.  The Crush received a strong outing from WR Willie Jackson and now moves on to play Snake Plissken.
